Norfolk Steps

These e-sessions are built on Norfolk Steps evidence-based principles and will support you to use similar approaches as those used in Norfolk Steps at Hall School and other settings. These approaches include consistency, understanding behaviour as communication, use of positive language and prioritising positive and nurturing relationships.

The e-sessions are divided into 5 parts which will help you to engage effectively with the content and be able to start using Steps approaches.
